Analyst

TRC’s Client, A growing healthcare services organization has a fully remote opportunity for an Epic Reporting Analyst with strong experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and rehab / outpatient therapy workflows.

This role partners closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to design, build, and optimize Epic reports and dashboards that support decision-making across outpatient care settings.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex clinical and operational questions into clear, actionable reporting.

What You’ll Do
•    Design, build, and maintain Epic reports and dashboards to support ambulatory and rehab operations
•    Partner with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into reporting solutions
•    Develop and enhance reporting using:
o    Reporting Workbench
o    Radar dashboards
o    Clarity and/or Caboodle (as needed)
•    Validate data accuracy and ensure reports align with clinical workflows and business definitions
•    Support reporting enhancements, optimization efforts, and ad-hoc analysis requests
•    Serve as a subject-matter expert for Epic Ambulatory reporting and outpatient therapy data

What We’re Looking For
•    Hands-on experience with Epic report writing
•    Strong knowledge of Epic Ambulatory
•    Experience supporting rehab / outpatient therapy environments (PT, OT, or similar)
•    Proficiency with Reporting Workbench and Radar
•    Experience working with clinical stakeholders and operational leaders
•    Ability to work independently in a remote environment

•    Experience with Clarity or Caboodle
•    SQL or healthcare analytics experience
•    Background supporting multi-site ambulatory clinics
