Inside Sales Representative

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading heavy equipment and power systems provider to identify an Inside Sales Representative to support customer account growth and lifecycle sales. This role sits within a structured sales organization focused on parts, service, and equipment solutions, with strong training and development pathways.

Summary

This position is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of customer accounts while driving outbound sales activity focused on parts, service, and equipment solutions. The role emphasizes high-volume customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and revenue growth through proactive account management and sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 45 outbound customer calls per day and follow up on inbound leads

• Manage and grow a defined customer account base across parts, service, and equipment solutions

• Drive incremental sales and increase market share within assigned accounts

• Collaborate with outside sales, rental, and product support teams to develop customer solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

• Adhere to all company safety standards and participate in required safety programs

• Support additional sales and operational tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Demonstrated success in prior professional experience

• Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales

• High energy, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency

• Excellent verbal and digital communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and customer focus
