Job Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
 
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 2 days remote) 
Shift: M-F, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $20-23/hr. 
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support vendor insurance compliance and document review processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for reviewing insurance certificates, ensuring compliance with company requirements, and working closely with vendors to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage fluctuating workloads, and an interest in growing within a compliance-focused role.
 
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure proper coverage, endorsements, and required language are included in all documents
  • Verify vendor compliance, including confirming correct additional insured and policy details
  • Identify exclusions or gaps in coverage and work to resolve issues with vendors or agents
  • Send expiring notices and follow up on outstanding or incomplete documentation
  • Maintain and update vendor records within internal and third-party systems (e.g., EBIX)
  • Review contracts and manage compliance processes from start to finish
  • Track and report on vendor compliance status and outstanding issues
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding non-compliant vendors and updates
  • Handle high-volume, detail-driven workflows with shifting priorities
  • Support administrative tasks and continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–3+ years of administrative, compliance, or document review experience preferred
  • insurance experience would be a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents with high accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable communicating with vendors and external partners
