Litigation Associate – Civil Defense
TRC’s client, a growing mid-size law firm, has an opportunity for a Litigation Associate to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The firm focuses on high-value tort, insurance coverage, construction, and commercial disputes. Their tort practice is heavily focused on representing motor carriers in catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation, while also handling a significant volume of products liability, premises liability, and other complex tort matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career attorneys who want real litigation experience quickly. Associates at the firm gain hands-on experience including taking depositions, handling hearings, participating in mediations, and supporting trial preparation.
While many matters involve complex and high-value cases, the firm also maintains a portfolio of small to mid-size cases that provide strong training opportunities for developing attorneys.

Although many cases resolve through mediation and alternative dispute resolution, the firm remains highly active in jury trials, providing associates meaningful courtroom exposure.
