Manufacturing SAP Analyst

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire an SAP Manufacturing Analyst. This role supports production planning and manufacturing operations by ensuring SAP master data accurately reflects shop floor processes and production requirements.

Summary

The SAP Manufacturing Analyst will maintain critical SAP production data, support planning activities, and partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve system accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP master data including BOMs, routings, material masters, work centers, and production versions

• Support production orders and MRP planning activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP data issues impacting manufacturing operations

• Ensure SAP data aligns with production processes and workflow requirements

• Partner with production, engineering, planning, and supply chain teams to improve system accuracy

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing systems and processes

• Assist with engineering changes, product updates, and manufacturing data maintenance

• Support SAP users with issue resolution and process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP PP experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience maintaining BOMs, routings, material masters, and production versions

• Experience supporting production orders and MRP planning

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production workflows

• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and planning teams

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
