Job Title: Production Systems Structure Specialist

Join a leading aerospace manufacturer building next-generation electric aircraft. As a Production Systems Structures Specialist, you will support assembly, integration, and troubleshooting of aircraft structural systems in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. This hands-on role is ideal for experienced structures professionals working on cutting-edge eVTOL technology.
Key Duties:
Assemble and integrate structural components (sheet metal, composites, frames, subassemblies)
Perform drilling, riveting, fastening, bonding, and sealing operations
Read and interpret drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and manuals
Assist with structural modifications, repairs, and rework
Troubleshoot build issues and support root cause analysis
Conduct inspections and document work
Ensure FAA, AS9100, and internal quality compliance
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
Follow FOD prevention and tool control standards
Required Skills:
5–10+ years in aircraft structures, fabrication, or assembly
Experience with sheet metal and/or composites
Proficient in drilling, riveting, countersinking, and fastening
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of FAA regulations and AS9100 standards
Skilled with aerospace tools and precision measurement
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
Preferred Skills:
A&P Certification
Composite layup or structural repair experience
Familiarity with electric aircraft/eVTOL platforms
MES systems or digital work instruction experience
Knowledge of IPC standards or AC43.13-B
Physical / Work Environment:
Lift up to 25 lbs.
Stand, kneel, bend, and work overhead or in confined spaces
Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
Follow PPE and safety protocols
