We are currently supporting a growing provider of physical therapy and rehabilitation services in their search for a Salesforce Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Summary
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the daily configuration, administration, and optimization of the organization’s Salesforce platform. This role ensures system performance, data integrity, user access control, and platform alignment with business needs across a growing healthcare services network.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and experienced in Salesforce administration, capable of supporting both technical platform needs and business users in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce user accounts including creation, modification, and deactivation
Assign and maintain profiles, roles, and permission sets
Perform mass account transfers and support organizational changes
Monitor login activity, investigate access issues, and resolve anomalies
Build and maintain reports and dashboards with stakeholders
Identify and correct data issues such as missing or incorrect records (e.g., NPIs)
Maintain data security, compliance, and quality standards
Configure objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts
Develop and maintain workflow automation using Flows, validation rules, and related tools
Manage security settings including OWD, sharing rules, and field-level security
Monitor system performance, storage usage, and API integrations
Configure and support third-party applications and AppExchange tools
Troubleshoot data synchronization and integration issues
Support Salesforce release updates and perform sandbox testing
Conduct system health checks and configuration audits
Document system changes, configurations, and best practices
Provide end-user support, training, and adoption assistance
Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce support tickets
Support clinical users with related systems such as scheduling and EMR-adjacent tools
Coordinate with vendors and escalate technical issues as needed
Participate in change control and release management processes
Requirements
1–3 years of Salesforce administration or CRM management experience (or equivalent experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture including objects, fields, relationships, roles, and permissions
Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools including Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules
Understanding of Salesforce security model including OWD, sharing rules, and field-level security
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Ability to collaborate across IT, operations, compliance, and business teams
