TRC’s client, located near Sandy Springs, is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst (Americas) to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting multi-country payroll operations across the Americas, with a strong focus on U.S. payroll compliance and processing, along with payroll support for Canada and Chile.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate semi-monthly payroll processing using ADP Vantage
• Manage on-cycle and off-cycle payroll processing and review outstanding errors daily
• Audit payroll registers to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct quarterly audits of employee taxable wages
• Research, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll questions
• Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, wage assessments, and other withholdings
• Process overtime for hourly employees
• Prepare payroll data, reports, and ad hoc reporting as needed
• Respond to requests for confidential payroll information from outside agencies
• Support remittances for payroll tax and third-party deductions in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Stay current on payroll laws and regulations impacting payroll operations
• Assist with related payroll projects, administrative tasks, and ongoing process support
Qualifications
• 8+ years of recent payroll processing experience in a professional corporate environment
• Experience supporting payroll for large employee populations of 1,800+ employees, including exempt and non-exempt populations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state wage and hour regulations, including FLSA
• Experience with multi-country payroll, including Canada and/or Chile, is a plus
• ADP Vantage experience preferred
• ADP Canada / TeamPay experience is a plus
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred
• Knowledge of equity processing, including RSUs and PSUs
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
