Sr Revenue Cycle Manager
TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a healthcare-focused organization that supports hospitals and physician groups in improving financial and operational performance through collaborative partnership models. The organization leverages AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and process optimization while working alongside existing internal teams to strengthen revenue cycle outcomes.
This role provides operational leadership within Revenue Cycle Management across acute, ambulatory, and physician service lines. The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for executing senior leadership’s RCM strategy while driving performance across accounts receivable, denials management, payer relations, and cash operations. The position requires deep expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle functions, strong leadership capability, and experience managing complex healthcare financial workflows in multi-client environments.
Execute RCM strategy and operational objectives established by senior leadership
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives across revenue cycle functions
Manage and lead team members, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics across assigned teams
Provide daily operational guidance, feedback, and performance coaching
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Oversee pre-registration, authorization, account resolution, denials management, and collections
Manage third-party payer communications and contract analysis activities
Oversee cash posting and revenue cycle financial workflows
Manage provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes across physicians, APPs, and clinics
Coordinate and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Serve as liaison between clients and vendors for issue resolution and contract oversight
Communicate operational updates and resolutions to internal teams and external stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of tools, systems, and reporting capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (AR management) in acute and critical access environments
Strong knowledge of pre-registration, authorization, denials, collections, and payer relations
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer environments
Hands-on experience with Oracle Health / Cerner Community Works
Experience across acute, physician, rural health clinic (RHC), and critical access settings
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
Proven leadership experience managing healthcare operations teams
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
